Carrer mode the cpu does not attack

I bought the game a week ago, at first it seemed quite ok, most of the matches ended 0-0 or we won 1-0 this on legendary difficulty, sliders simulation and tactical cpu. After playing a few matches, I realized that the cpu simply does not attack me, they have a possession somewhere around 70-75% match by match and only one or two shots towards my goal. I tried to change the sliders to make the game harder for me, but in vain the cpu just doesn't attack me like it should. In practice, I play more of a vs attack like on the phone than a normal football match🙂)). Is anyone else having this problem?
