Don't open my save

Some times when I start the game it gets blinking green images and then I have to delete my profile settings to fix this .I have done this 5 times because of this bug in a month . today I had same issue but after I done this I tried to load my player career save. I can see the file but when I click it it goes to the same menu as when you start a new game....is there any way I can fix this and keep playing my save or it's corrupted and I shouldn't waste my time with this game because it can happen again?
