Don't Receive Transfer Offers If Disabled 1st Transfer Window!

I disabled the 1st Transfer Window but now i just get e-mails off teams saying they have withdrawn their Transfer Offer in January when the Transfer Window is back open without even being able to accept/decline any offers!? Another Bug!? If so this is actually Game Breaking as i can't sell players!!

it doesn't look like we get emails from clubs anymore with transfer offers. instead, you now have to keep checking the transfer hub and go to the "received offers" tab. it's just another unnecessary change that EA has made that has just been a huge step backwards for offline players.
