Ea clubs glitch

My old gen pro clubs team was progressing towards division 1 but in 3 vital games an unexpected error came up kicking us out of games when we were winning and no result a win or a loss being given this happening led us to get relegated to division 3 I demand we get put back into division 2.     King Regards Aghada fc
