EA FC 25 kicks you out of the game at the end of the 3rd season in career mode.

I have two major problems with EA FC 25. My first problem: When I make a choice at the end of season 3 in career mode, on the transfer/renewal screen, while the new season is loading, it kicks me out of the game. I tried online and offline, but every time it kicks me out of the game and I can't continue my career.

My second problem is that when I enter career mode online, the tattoos and gloves do not appear on the character edit screen, they only appear when I enter offline.

I can't play my career because of my first problem. I would be very happy if you could help me.
