EAFC25 Unable to Edit Clubs Kits Due to Name Error

I'm on EAFC25 and am encountering a game bug. When I attempt to edit or make any changes to our pro clubs kits, I receive the following message: "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to the EA Servers." I know this issue has nothing to do with my connection. It is a game bug that doesn't allow us to change our club kits. After looking around online, it appears people suspect this issue originates from the game finding an issue with you club name. This appears to be my case, as when I go to the page to edit club details, the following message appears: "We found personal, proprietary, offensive or other inappropriate content in your entry, please try again." However, it is impossible to edit your club name after its original creation, and when we first made the name, there was no issue. It's "Onion Town YB" for reference--harmless. We were able to edit our kits for several months after originally creating our club too. So, it appears something changed and the game is now mistakenly registering our name as an issue and it's limiting us using all personalization features in pro clubs. This is clearly a game bug and I'm hoping I'm hoping someone on EA's end can edit the club name for us or clear the mistaken flagging of our name. It appears the only other alternative is to delete our club entirely, which would be a shame.
