FC 25 Career mode crashing entering 3rd season

I’ve been doing a Roma career mode and Its been fine however I am in the 2nd season trying to enter the 3rd season and every single time I enter the loading screen my game crashes and sends me back to the Xbox Home Screen. 

please fix this EA

    mine also crashed in PC...I am playing via mod manager (i am using a paid patch).. So I am reinstalling the game again...they did not fix the issue..
