i have put them on random, and it always put itself back to ( Derek Rae and Stewart Robson) every time, i have 64h of playtime in the game now and i realized that i never heard not once Guy Mowbray ...

Have you tried this in Kickoff as well? I think the other commentary team is only available there and not in career mode, i might have read this somewhere last year.
Maybe they havent recorded enough lines yet.
