FIX THE YOUTH ACADEMY
The youth academy this year isnt that good at all. can only find generational talent at certain positions. mainly wingers and midfielders. every time i look for a striker i cant get a higher overall than 52 and the report is mainly full of wingers. all defensive positions dont even have a higher defensive rating of 52. hard to find good strikers, defenders, and goalkeepers. all outfield players have terrible dribbling, ball control, and heading to start off with. and goalkeepers have a max of 17 diving on the scout report.
