Half time glitch - has completely ruined clubs

When playing pro clubs in both ea24 and 25 there is half time glitch where people open up a menu during half time leaving everybody stuck in the half time menu. It then becomes case of which club leaves first gets the win. This is entirely ruining this platform - it is very rare (especially when in higher leagues) to get too play a full match - this is especially prevalent in cross play with PC and PS5 players (i'm on xbox). A simple fix would be to make it like drop-ins - if you don't ready up you get kicked or you could just get rid of the whole half time ready up section- straight into second half. It completely ruins the game - feels like a waste of £90 - has needed addressing for over a year now - thought it may fixed in the 25 version, but no is exactly the same - means the leagues never represent whose playing well, but rather just who waits longest for the other teams player to leave at half time. There is no way to report the people doing this when in cross platform, but is easy enough through ea play platform to see which players have not readied up and a re menu glitching. Would love to play a full game win or lose, but until you fix this long term glitch it ain't gonna happen.. Please remedy this asap. Feels like I have spent as much time sat in the half time clubs menu as i have in matches - this was more less every match in div one last night - and has been like this for over a year - not sure anyone in the higher leagues has ever got too play a full set of play off or league matches in the 24 or 25 version.
