Ultimate Team Rivals - can't move the players or switch between them

I have a problem with playing Ultimate Team.
When I play Squad Battles or Rush, the issue doesn't occur. But when I try to play Rivals, I can't move the players or switch between them. I can only pass the ball, but even that is delayed."
