I Cant change my face clubs

me neither, EA pls help us 

this bug happen every year but try to delete the pro club profile from the settings and then try to coustomize your pro club player again  it always works for console but i dont know for pc players

I’m having this exact issue.

I tried this but it just automatically imports my avatar back and I still can not customize my players face.

has anyone been able to fix this? Still cant figure it out
