Important Suggestions to Improve Player Career Mode in EA SPORTS FC 25

Hi EA Team,

I’d like to share some feedback and suggestions to improve the Player Career Mode experience, particularly regarding the player’s influence within the team:

1. Ability to suggest tactical changes to the manager:
   It’s frustrating to see the team not reaching its full potential. For example, in my career as a striker, after an outstanding season with Juventus, I transferred to Bayern Munich, where Harry Kane also plays. Both of us are top-level strikers, but the manager sticks to a one-striker formation, benching Kane. It makes no sense that the system doesn’t adapt to accommodate two high-performing players. It would be great to suggest tactical changes like switching to a 4-4-2 or 4-2-2-2.
2. More influence on team decisions:
   As a top player, we should be able to have more say in the team’s direction. Some ideas:
• Propose tactical adjustments.
• Influence or suggest transfer targets.
• Become the team captain.
• Eventually unlock a “player-coach” role later in the career.

4. Real impact of player performance:
   The game should better reflect a player’s influence based on performance. If a player has a historic season, it should affect their status, unlock leadership options, and shift the narrative accordingly.

I love the game, but these changes would make Player Career Mode much more immersive, realistic, and rewarding.
