I am writing to report a recurring issue in Pro Clubs mode. I had reached level 71, but I was surprised to find that my level had dropped to 55 without any apparent reason. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened, which is very frustrating.
Could you please assist me in restoring my correct level? I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

J’ai le même problème j’etait au niveau 100 depuis et la je me reconnecte sur club pro je vois niveau 55 et pas de point de compétence…
Ea how does this even happen is there anyway to fix it?
it happened to me too i was 100 got setback to 55 and also all of my presets got deleted
