live start points not available

Does anyone know when this feature will be available? apparently it will be during the post launch update so when will the be? just so i know if i should wait to start my career mode or start now 
career mode

You need to post this in the general discuission for the game - not in career mode stories.
Even then, you're likely to be ignored...
