matchmaking

My friend and I play FIFA 25 on EA Pass, purchased on Steam, and we play pro clubs. Matchmaking worked fine for us, it searched for games normally, but when a friend who created a new EA account and bought EA Pass joined us, but on the EA app and not on Steam like we did, the match search stopped working and kept giving search errors.
