Missing content

My Xbox account owns EA SPORTS FC 25 digitally. The Microsoft Store recognizes my ownership, but the game only launches in Showcase mode. It attempts to connect to EA servers, then falls back to Showcase. I’ve reinstalled multiple times, verified my EA account, and other online games work
