Pitch colour and Pitch Wear

We’re currently in the year 2025, could you please tell me why we still cannot edit pitch colour and pitch wear in career mode? This is available in kick off mode but not in career mode which makes zero sense to me. Career mode needs more customisation because in it’s current state it’s very difficult to play beyond one season
