Please can we get a fix for the completely unrealistic pitch wear in career mode.When getting to the later stages of a season the grass seems to die off extremely leaving brown markings all over the pitch. This is so incredibly unrealistic and kills all immersion of the game.Surely all we need is a ‘turn pitch wear off’ option in gameplay settings on career mode?This has been an issue for a good 4/5 years but doesn’t somehow get the traction it should.Please can we finally get a fix.

completely agree, I’m simulating games after October because I can’t take looking at Sunday league pitches needs to be fixed

@EA_Pulsar can we have this solved?A very simple toggle button to disable pitch wear is enough.

Yeah, good luck. People have been complaining about this for years, and I've never seen anyone from EA ever respond. They clearly couldn't care less about fixing this glaring and unrealistic mistake.

It’s unbearable. It may sound extreme but Ive genuinely not played career mode for a couple years now because it’s that infuriating. I’ve made a post every year for a good few years now but still can’t seem to get a fix.

@vacuumtube_6l6 Literally, I have no clue how this has been a problem for at least 4 years now it’s a joke.

My guess is this still won’t be fixed in next years game release unless enough people kick up a fuss about it.

I just can’t wrap my head around why this can’t be an easy fix as the option to toggle on/off already exists in kick off.

How do we get more eyes on this? There’s people complaining about it on other platforms too.

@EA_Illium I know you can't give us a timeframe or anything around fixing this issue, but can anyone of the EA people that monitor these threads give us any answers on this? it is not possible it has been a problem for years now and we still have no answers? if its a problem thats not easily fixed, tell us! if its not going to be fixed until the next title, tell us! just tell us something please..

@AaronThomas95 It’s beyond frustrating at this point. I don’t understand how people like Goldbridge don’t complain about it whilst streaming. Are people not noticing it? it makes no sense it’s such a huge issue that as somehow gone completely unnoticed

@TJW_454 I honestly am lost for words mate, it is literally a massive bug hiding in plain sight and has been for years its actually quite laughable at this point. My only suggestion to everyone in this thread that cares, is just keep posting so it starts gaining traction - eventually, SOMEONE has to respond right? post the link to this thread on all the fc25 content you can

Who checks these pages from EA? How do we get this fixed for next year as it obviously won’t be for this years edition now?

@EA_Blueberry This is such an annoying feature. Pitch wear in leagues that generate billions???
it’s so frustrating how little customisation career mode still has compared to NBA 2K. We still can’t edit pitch colour, pitch wear in career mode whereas it’s available in kickoff. I genuinely don’t know what EA wants us to do at this point man.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please i beg you to get rid of the pitch wear. It is absurd that a prem league team has grass in january that looks like a high school field in south America. A little wear during a match is fine. 2) the ref whistle at halftime does not happen until the halftime menu pops up. And there is no whistle to start second half. 3) the standings and points column do not align properly it looks very poor.
What happens when the bug occurs? Its just visually very frustrating.
What should be happening instead? Grass should look like a well kept pro team.

@subburbia66 Glad more and more people are noticing this, it’s absurd. Such an easy fix due to ability to change the pitch wear on ‘Kick-Off’ so it’s not even as if the toggle to turn it off needs to be coded into the game.

Hopefully we can get more traction and get this removed from the next game because I can’t see anything being done this year. Been a problem for a good few years now.
