Player Career - Starting Career OVR Bug

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Xbox Series X

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? MrMadFerret
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a Player Career save and select Custom so you can choose your age, starting skill level etc. No matter what you choose as your starting skill level, you will always be a 75 OVR. So Basic etc does not work or make any difference.
What happens when the bug occurs? Starting skill level for custom player career has no bearing on your OVR Rating, you will always be a 75.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to start in the 60’s region when selecting basic, like you do with a basic level origin story. Starting level should affect your overall (OVR) attribute.

    Has been out a month,

    three updates in and Player Career is still unplayable in this state.

    The fact you charge extra for early access to a game that still doesn't work a month in is absolutely shocking.

    I’ve been waiting 4 weeks and can’t start a save yet.

    Same problem. “Custom” literally gives you no options to customize. Instead it defaults to a rating of 75. Custom should allow us to change any attribute to suit our needs. Please fix this. Player career is unplayable.
