Player career mode - immediate shooting by AI

Hello,

anybody noticed that if you play a Player career mode and you pass the ball to your teammate near the penalty area, he immediately choose ro shoot even if there is a plenty of space and time to handle the ball properly and prepair it for the shooting or evern to choose another pass?

Is there any way how to fix this?
