Player Career Mode- Transfers

Transfers are a massive part of the game and transfers don’t happen only at the end of a season. Transfer rumors spread during all times of the year and negations happen all year as well (more frequently around transfer windows). 

You can no longer receive transfer requests from a team or make a transfer request to leave. The agent aspect of it could be cool if you could ask your agent to help find a team and start showing your interest. Then the objectives set for you can help influence that clubs decision to pursue you.

You should be able to list a couple teams you’d like to transfer to and then set criteria for other teams (3+ star team in England, 4+ star team in Italy). Your agent then negotiates with your “dream teams” and looks for other teams matching that criteria. Other teams can still pursue you and your agent speaks with you about their interest.
