Player career mode problem

When I play fc 25 career mode with player, and season end. I have to transfer to another club but when the new season is loading it just crashes from the game and says that there is a problem. I tried report it many times but nothing changes. I have this problem about 10 days and I play on ps4 with fc25 disc!?
