Player career mode

I play player career mode a lot and have done for years it’s never normally been an issue but trying to complete the free kick drills is insane. The camera is in the zoomed out position instead of being behind the player so the drill is literally impossible to complete. I’m trying to contact ea to see if it’s a bug with my game but that’s literally impossible too, so does anyone have any ideas or pointers to rectify this please. Much appreciated.
