Player Wages on FC25 Career Mode League Two Too High

I'm playing a league two manager career mode save, but I can't play for more than 3 weeks before running out of money, because all the players are making too much money. For example, an 18 year old, ...

I play as Port Vale and cant afford to keep half the team, but can hire in players that are 75 for the same wage as my 63 rated are on. There is no way that we have players on 12k a week in league two. If there are any they would be ex prem and only one or two in the whole team. I can not even afford my 17 year old thats only just got into the team (real life, so not one I have got throught the youth system).
