Players not sprinting or reacting properly in Career Mode (PS4 - FC 25)

I'm experiencing a persistent gameplay issue in Career Mode on FC 25 for PS4.

In every match, players from both my team and the CPU are jogging instead of sprinting, even when holding down the sprint button. Only a few players react properly, and most defensive players don’t track back as expected. Their starting positions also seem off. The whole game feels "slowed down" or unresponsive — but only in Career Mode. Kick-Off works perfectly.

What I've already tried:

Deleted Personal Settings 1

Started a brand new Career Mode with default tactics and team instructions

Played offline (disconnected from internet)

Ensured game speed is set to "Normal"

Used "Current Squads" option when starting

Reinstalled the game entirely

Cleared PS4 cache

None of these fixed the issue. This behavior has been ongoing for a few months now.

Can you confirm if this is a known issue, or if there's a workaround or patch planned?
