Please Fix (Women's Career Bug)

It is impossible to sign Free Agents because they demand wages that are absolutely ridiculous. As you can see with the screenshots, a 80 rated Free Agent wants about 15k wages with bonuses, even though the assistant says to offer between 4-6k. A 59 rated player wants 5k with bonus, when assistant says offer up to 1.7k.
It all doesn't make sense when you check the wages of other players. I tried this with multiple clubs/leagues, it's always the same. As Real Madrid, my highest earner is 84 rated with 4.6k wages. How can a 59 rated player demand more than her???
I'm convinced the Rest of World Club's are the source of this problem. Their players are on wages that are about 5-10x higher than all other players. This clearly affects Free Agents.
Every player who's contract expires is basically removed from the game, because it is impossible to sign them as a Free Agent with the wage demand bug. The AI clubs never sign Free Agents either because of this.
