Premium Season Pass

Season 9 started on June 5th, and I paid 500,000 coins in the app companion to purchase the "Premium Season Pass". However, when I played on fc25, I was unable to purchase the Premium Season Pass, and the 500,000 coins disappeared. I had no choice but to pay 1,000 FC points and purchase the Premium Season Pass. Please give me my 500,000 coins back.
