Pro Clubs game is freezing

Hello I play on PC and when i play Pro Clubs my game always starts to freeze mid game. I think it is named Speed-Lag because when the freeze is stopping (the maximum was 12 seconds) the game plays the last seconds in 5x speed. Also when it lags I cannot move or else. The game freezes multiple times per game and it is completely random when it freezes. I hope you guys can help me i am really frustrated.
