Pro Clubs Level Reduced to level 55

I’ve got the same my level was 100 and after the Sony servers went down, I opened the game and my level is 55 I’ve lost all my points and skills and I’m not gonna level up again that would take me months.

I have reached the EA team and they say they are still looking into it, this is frustrating I’m not playing the game because of this problem

and they don’t know when it will be fixed
