Pro clubs shop is broken and I lost all my coins

I logged back into clubs for the first time in a while, I’ve logged in and I’ve got zero coins and zero points, my shop says failed whenever I try to open it. When I log into ultimate team it says I have 50 points. I’ve cleared my cache and my Xbox has plenty of space. But it’s still broken. I’ve deleted the game, reinstalled it, reset it, reset my WiFi and nothing works. I’ve also tried getting into the ea live support chat but that didn’t work either. Please help me
