Progress to fast in player career

The starting rating in player career needs to be lower.

75 starting rating for a new player is way to high i should be able to start as a 60 overall also the speed the rating grows in also needs to be MUCH MUCH lower.

Played 22 games in my first season and my rating is already 88 overall.

this is f boring and needs to be fixed so the progress is much lower
