Re: Make Career Mode Feel Like Actual Football Management

EA needs to take Career Mode seriously again. We need realistic budgets, deeper training systems, and a proper youth academy process that actually takes time and strategy. Add real media pressure, social media reactions, and player agents with contract demands like in real life. Right now, it’s too basic for £70. Give us two options: a Casual Mode for quick fun and an In-Depth Mode for fans who want to actually manage. Career Mode has so much potential — stop ignoring it.

    I agree with you, and I'm glad you mentioned making it optional. Also, I don't know about you or anyone else but I think doing the drills with your players to help their development should be reincorporated.
