Re: Names Social Feeds/Youth Players

+1

The name pools have been horrific since a couple of years and i dont know why, they have been better about 3-4 years ago (had a player from Nigeria called Felix Obasanjo, which is an amazingly unique name that you cant get any more).

Not only for the new nations, also the ones, that could be scouted already like Germany. Always the same 10 names, Hahn, Baumann, Neumann, Schneider, Krüger, Meyer, its so boring - almost all of the other nations accordingly.

How hard could it possibly be to just take the list of names of the modding community and include it?

Theyre even too lazy to be lazy and take an existing list.

Agree with all above. It would be great with a better name pool for generated players. An easy alternative would be for us to be able to edit the names ourselves. Perhaps not a perfect solution, but at least it would be an easy workaround that would satisfy some of our needs.

Unique players!!! That’s the perfect word for it! I want to have players with such cool names that I will never forget. Imagine you have Djibril Cissé instead of Pascal Fournier…..same stupid names as the last years. And customize generic players in regard to hairs, beards and tattoos would be great and to edit the names too! Remember the years when players from portugal, Brazil or Spain called Ricardo Dos Santos Esteban da Cunha. Why they don’t let us edit them into a name like Ricardinho?? That was a feature in EA’s football manager. I was really happy when they delete these long names but now we need a completely new namepool and they are able to do that which you can see in the social feeds!
