No, I don’t have to, but they are in my save and the AI definitely use them. I would prefer that every team has a youth academy and the new players would come from there…and when we have the chance to buy youth players from other academy’s, that would be a revolution. At this point we have to deal with them, but I don’t really need them 🤷🏼‍♂️
