Well, nobody is forcing you to use them, right?
i think its totally fine, same as the so called loan glitch. You can decide yourself if you want to use these things, which is something the players always demand from EA.
No, I don’t have to, but they are in my save and the AI definitely use them. I would prefer that every team has a youth academy and the new players would come from there…and when we have the chance to buy youth players from other academy’s, that would be a revolution. At this point we have to deal with them, but I don’t really need them 🤷🏼♂️
