Reassigning Squad numbers for all teams career mode

Is there a way to reassign squad numbers for teams I am not managing in career mode? Can be annoying when in the second season, another teams squad numbers are really unrealistic, especially when clubs have fringe players returning from loans who end up getting first team squad numbers ahead of new summer signings.
