Refs & Cards

So, after playing for a week, I've not seen a single card playing through a live season and starting the season promoted to the Premier League. I literally have NEVER had a card issued in a match, and there have been some accidentally horrendous sliding tackles made on my part that, at the time when they happened, I was definitely expecting a red card but didn't get anything... Not even a warning. Is that something EA is planning on fixing at some point?
