Season Mode - Choose kits and adjust lineup and tactics before the game

Maybe this is a minor issue, but I think that for the sake of realism, it would be a nice feature to be able to choose the kits (both yours and your rival kit) once you have been matched with your opponent in Season mode online games.

Now, if you have choosen the first kit for your team, you end up playing always with your rival wearing their secondary kit, which is boring. On the other hand, if you choose the secondary kit for your team, you end up playing at home with your secondary kit, which it's not realistic.

Of course, that would imply to delay the game a little (let's say, 30 seconds) but I think that it's worth it.

Moreover, it would be nice to have let's say 45 seconds to make little adjustments on your lineup and tactics before the match begins, once you know your opponent team.
