Squad battles error message

Question

Keep getting this message when playing. Does anyone know how I can be compensated for the points? I’ve lost? This has happened over a over again and I’ve sent emails that I’ve been ignored I will not be buying EAFC ever again. This year has been the worst game I’ve ever played. I’m disgusted to be a member of the company I i’m very fair when judging games and this one has been horrendous with problems after problems I’ve totally lost enjoyment of the game and for the first time in many many years I will not be buying another one as sad as it is I’m sick to death with the treatment from EA. All they treat you as is a number I’m not a customer.

Twice in a row my game crashes after a certain time on squad battles cost me at 4000 points. Would love to know why it keeps doing it?

Same issue here. Every week it gets worse. Miss out on 5000-6000 points a week because of this
