Squad battles rewards

I got to silver 1 and I just discovered that I did not get my mega pack or my guarantee fut birthday pack ,I'm so so so angry about this as I played all week just to get 1000 Coins and only 75x 3 pack ,I did not receive my mega pack or my guarantee fut birthday pack
