Hello EA Support,

I'm experiencing a problem with the Web App. It keeps freezing, and I constantly receive the error "Failed to Submit Challenge." I've tried refreshing and even switching browsers, but the issue persists.

Could you please look into this and advise on a solution?

alisafr45​&nbsp; Is it the same for you when you submit your challenges from the mobile companion app? Are you submitting multiple repeated challenges in a short period of time?
