Substitution in career mode
How I can substitute 9 players in career mode in Fifa 25? Now I can have only 7 players on the bench. I have PS4.

Again only 7 substitutes (at least in career mode) can solve this. There should be 12 substitutes
9 subs is only on nextgen. (PS5). On ps4 you only get 7 subs..
I've noticed when playing in the League of Ireland Premier Division on EAFC25 that teams can only have 5 substitutes, despite EA advertising the fact that you can have 9 subs on the bench.
Anyone else noticed this?
The maximum amount of substitutions in a regular match is five. There are now nine players on the bench, instead of seven, for the majority of match types with a few exceptions. The new rules this year allow the ability to sub in all five at one time, or a total of five over the course of a match in no more than three intervals; no option to sub in just one player at a time during five separate match stopage times. Again, even though there are nine on the bench, four players in that group will never play during that match.
Yeah it's an absolute joke that doing a league of ireland career you only have 5 subs on the bench. Lazy from EA as per usual!
