Hi EA,

I’ve been playing FIFA for about eight years now, and I’ve bought every game – mainly because I love Career Mode as a manager. That’s always been the most fun part for me: building my team, playing the matches myself, and setting up tactics the way I want.

But this year’s game, FC25, has honestly been a huge disappointment. It’s without a doubt the most boring FIFA I’ve ever played. And the biggest reason is that you’ve removed the tactical freedom we used to have. Before, we could adjust exactly how our players moved and positioned themselves, push the right-back higher up, move CDMs closer together, bring the left-back more narrow – basically build our own style of football.

Now that’s gone. We’re stuck with one formation and some roles – and that’s not enough. It feels stiff, boring, and every team ends up playing the same. I can’t play the kind of football I enjoy anymore.

I really don’t understand why you removed it. That was what made Career Mode exciting. Now it just feels empty, and honestly, it’s ruined the whole FIFA year for me.

If you don’t bring back the old tactical system – or at least let us manually adjust player positioning again – I don’t know if I’ll buy the next game. This is a really big deal for me. I truly hope you listen to those of us who love Career Mode – there are many of us.
