Unable to perform substitution under team management while playing a match in career mode? The game freezes ! Any fixes for this ?

Exact same for me. When sim a match. And try to make a substitute the game freezes. I can’t resume the match. Needs fixing now!!!

ea please fix this. When making substites it freezes and doesn’t allow the changes
EA SORT THIS THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE!!!!!
- @UnwittingOrc3 I was hoping this would be fixed in title update 5, but apparently crucial gameplay issues dont matter to EA. I'm not sure, but for me I believe it happens when making a 2nd 1/2 substitution after making a 1/2 time substitution. Huge issue.
They need to fix this it’s a MAJOR BUG
