This is my last effort and I’m giving up, please help !

This is my last effort and I’m giving up, please help !  I am trying to get my very frustrated son on to career mode, keeps saying you have lost your online connection - WiFi is working and connected...

Hello UTV_JL888​ 

I'm not sure how to solve the network issue, but you should still be able to play career mode without online connection. Is it not allowing you to?

    Yes he can play but he wants to play ultimate 

    I was thinking of deleting the game and reinstalling without child account and creating a new EA account altogether as I have given up with the EA log ins and I have read that he may not be able to play ultimate because he is a child ?!
