This is my last effort and I’m giving up, please help !  I am trying to get my very frustrated son on to career mode, keeps saying you have lost your online connection - WiFi is working and connected...

Pues realizarlo sencillo ingresas como si fuese tu , y el que juega ese modo es el niño , por la edad la plataforma lo bloquea , es mejor que actúes en nombre propio

      Yes you are correct, no ultimate team access for a child account, so it's up to you, I have no place to advise you on that!
