Unable to go in contact with Support team

Why I am unable to get in contact with Support team ?

My account was hacked 3 times this year on EAFC.
I changed the password. Password has 22 characters.
Costantly updated the backup codes.
Nobody else has my password.
I have unlinked all the linked accounts.

upon checking I saw that somebody is using my Back-up codes, I don't understand how.

I keep trying to get in contact with Support team but it's impossible.
I opened case after case.

Since yesterday 19 PM I have opened a case and kept the laptop open on that page.
The Case #206161641. 
It keeps saying "Wait time: 5 mins" , then "Wait time: 2 mins" , then it's back to "Wait time: 7 mins".
And so on. Since yesterday. 
I don't refresh the page. I don't use the laptop. I keep the same page open and nobody gets in touch with me.

What I need to do to get in touch with Support team and to avoid being hacked ?

    Hello. Do you keep resuming your case? If so, that will pull it from queue. You need to create a case and wait for a response.

    As far as the wait time changing goes, I don't know why that would be happening. It might be a browser issue. Make sure you're using a Chrome browser. Also, clear your cookies and cache.
