Unable to Use Custom Tactics Mid-Game – Career Mode (PS5)

I'm playing Manager Career Mode on PS5 and have created 4 custom tactics (e.g., "Keep Ball", "Counter", "All Out Attack"). However, when I start a match, I'm unable to switch between these custom tactics during the game. They all appear as identical with the same formation and player roles, making it impossible to switch between my tactics. This bug prevents me from using my own tactics to adjust to different match situations, which is frustrating.
