I dont know if it is normal but many clubs and leagues are missing ? they exist in the game but not in single player career mode ? what gives ? Edit: forgot to mention it is on women career mode. ...

This was in the beta, and is still a problem.
For Rest of World Clubs (Juventus, Ajax, Glasgow City, etc.), their player's wages are 5-10x higher than all players from the 5 leagues. This also carries over to Free Agents. Free Agents are demanding wages that mirror Rest of Worlds clubs, which are broken. It makes it impossible to sign a Free Agent or buy a player from one of the Rest of World Clubs without paying them extreme wages. This also means that players will get stuck in Free Agency because the AI won't sign them to a club either. The mode becomes unplayable because of this.
